Some commonly available options inc lude arrowroot powder, tapioca starch, rice flour, cornstarch, oat flour, baking soda or kaolin powder. Whichever one is sele cted, care should be taken to insure that a pure form of the powder is used. Additives are not desirable. A combination of se veral different powders is often used.
